Noa is a stress and capacity app for iPhone and Apple Watch. It reads the data Apple Health already holds — heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep, and workouts — and scores your stress from 1 to 100 through the day. The zones are set by your own recent weeks, so high means high for you, not for an average person.
The Now screen opens with the current score and a one-sentence story of the day, above a timeline you can scrub back through the hours. Cards show your pulse and pulse variation against your own usual, and the Trends screen lays out your stress patterns over the past weeks, by day and by hour.
Your Apple Health data is processed on your iPhone and never leaves it. Noa counts anonymous screen opens and reports crashes so the app can be improved; no health reading is ever part of either. There is no account, no subscription, and no ads. Noa is not on the App Store yet — access is by email request.
