These terms cover the Noa app and this website. They are short because the product is simple: a free app, in early access, that runs entirely on your device.
Who We Are
Noa is made by Incredible AS, organization number 921 197 799, registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Contact us at hello@meetnoa.app.
Early Access
Noa is in early access and free of charge. An optional tip jar in Settings supports development and unlocks nothing; tips are purchases handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and are non-refundable except as Apple provides. Noa is not yet distributed through the App Store; access is granted individually and may use Apple's testing tools, such as TestFlight, which have their own terms from Apple. When Noa reaches the App Store, Apple's standard terms for downloaded apps will apply to that copy alongside these. Early-access software changes often, and features may change or disappear between versions. We may end the early-access program or your access to it at any time; because your data lives on your device, ending access does not take anything from you that deleting the app would not.
Not Medical Advice
Noa turns your Apple Health data into a daily stress score, zones, and patterns. These are wellness insights for reflection, not a medical device, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use Noa to make medical decisions; if something about your health worries you, talk to a doctor.
Your Responsibilities
Use Noa only with your own health data and in accordance with Apple's terms for your device. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.
Warranty and Liability
Noa is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Scores and patterns are estimates computed from data of varying quality and can be wrong. To the extent permitted by law, Incredible AS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app or this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that mandatory consumer law gives you.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes belong to the Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court as the agreed venue where the law allows a choice.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date above always shows the current version, and meaningful changes will be announced in the app or on this site.
